On the Vatnsnes peninsula in North-West Iceland, stands the 15 meter high sea-stack Hvítserkur. It looks like an animal of some sort, perhaps an elephant or a rhino drinking.
In winter, the rock is very black, and I was blessed with yet another moody morning, just perfect conditions for the long exposure I had in mind.
